SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over QAR 200.
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by country.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our shipping carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
